Every wedding starts with the venue rental. Add a package if you want the day handled, or bring your own team and rent the venue on its own.

Saturdays and the autumn months carry a higher rate. The venue is yours for twelve hours either way.

Twelve vendors, twelve contracts, and a family that wants to help. Or one team, one price, and a day you actually get to enjoy.

One contract instead of six. With The Springs Package, catering, full bar service, your DJ, florals (a $3,000 allowance), your cake, decor setup and teardown, a coordinator from six weeks out and an off-duty officer all come in one price.

Springs and Chestnut are fully handled, from the first planning call to the last chair stacked. The Essentials gives you the barn and the people to run your day.

Venue Rental

Step one · twelve hours, anywhere from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Includes the barn and grounds, guest and ceremony tables and chairs, two dressing suites, restrooms, parking and a venue host on site. Venue-only weddings require a professional, insured coordinator.
