Virtual Tour
The venue, from wherever you are
Planning from out of state, or a long drive from Sevierville? Take a slow walk through the venue before you ever book a flight: the dressing suites, the wooded cove, the covered pavilion, the courtyard, and the barn as it looks when the string lights come on.
Watch the full tour, or the one-minute version if you’re on the go. Then come see it in person.

Vows beneath the trees. Dinner under timber beams. Dancing beneath the string lights. Welcome to The Barn at Chestnut Springs. Built in 1954 on land owned by Dolly Parton's parents, restored in 2007, and now in a new chapter, this barn has been carefully preserved for the celebrations still to come. Thirteen wooded acres with mountain views, in Sevierville, Tennessee, about an hour from Knoxville.
On your wedding day, all of it is yours for twelve hours, with fifty parking spaces on site. Your ceremony, dinner and dancing each have a natural place to happen, without ever leaving the celebration. Your day starts inside the barn, in one of two private dressing rooms. Both sides of the wedding party get a place to get ready, breathe and gather, out of sight of arriving guests.
Both suites are being refreshed, with the new rooms ready for December 2026. When it's time, step out to the wooded cove. Your guests sit on the grass beneath the canopy, and the trees do most of the decorating. It feels finished before a single flower is placed. Arbors come in many styles, from a circle or an arch to a cathedral.
A few steps from the barn, the covered pavilion seats up to ninety. It's a shaded spot for cocktails and your rain plan. If the weather turns, the ceremony moves under the pavilion or inside the barn. Weather never decides the day. Cove, pavilion, courtyard or barn: you have four places to say “I do.” Then come inside for dinner.
Timber beams and vaulted ceilings rise over the room, chandeliers and sconces glow, and climate control keeps everyone comfortable in every season. Tables and chairs are included. And on winter nights, when it's dark by five, the barn is lit from the inside. Behind the barn, the courtyard is where the night loosens up. Bistro lights stretch overhead, the stacked-stone fireplace anchors the evening, and the dancing spills outside as the last photographs catch the blue hour.
And now, we offer all-inclusive packages. One coordinator and one price replace the stack of vendor quotes. Every package includes a coordinator, music, a bar and someone from the barn on site the whole time. With our fuller packages, food, design, setup and cleanup are handled by one team. When the night ends, we stay.
The room comes down around us, and none of it is your problem. See your date and your price on our Packages page. Then come see it for yourself: a private tour: 45 minutes in person, or 30 minutes by video, just you and us. Book yours on our Contact page. The Barn at Chestnut Springs. Be a guest at your own wedding.
