A Historic Barn for Your Company or Your Family
Sevierville is home to The Barn at Chestnut Springs, a historic barn where companies and families gather for events that deserve more than a hotel ballroom. Built in 1954 on land once owned by Dolly Parton's parents and restored in 2007, the barn holds up to 120 guests, and the whole barn is yours for your event.
We are at 1984 Chestnut Springs Way, about 25 minutes from Gatlinburg and an easy drive from Pigeon Forge, so teams and families staying anywhere in the Smokies can reach us without fighting downtown crowds.

Corporate Events
Company meetings, client appreciation nights and award dinners in a setting your team will remember. Bring the whole company, up to 120 guests.
Team Retreats and Offsites
Daytime retreats and offsites get your team out of the office and into the foothills, with Wi-Fi and AV for presentations and room to think, talk and reconnect.
Company Parties
Summer socials, milestone celebrations and year-end parties with the barn to yourselves and no other group in the room.
Rehearsal Dinners
Gather both families the night before the wedding in a relaxed setting, whether the wedding is here or elsewhere in the Smokies.
Milestone Birthdays and Anniversaries
A 50th birthday or a 25th anniversary calls for a room big enough for everyone who matters, with history in every beam.
Family Reunions
Bring the cousins together from across the country. Families often stay in cabins in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge or Sevierville and drive out for the day.
Planning a holiday party? From Nov 7 to Dec 31 we host one group per night for holiday parties and dinners at $68 per person plus tax, with 4 hours in the barn and a 40-guest minimum. You can add a bar, karaoke or extra time.

The Barn
The 1954 barn is the heart of the property, with heating and cooling and room for up to 120 guests for dinners, presentations and parties.
The Courtyard
An open-air space beside the barn for mingling before or after the main event.
The Pavilion
A covered outdoor space for smaller gatherings, breakout groups or a quiet conversation.
The Cove
A wooded setting on the property for a walk, a group photo or a moment outside.

How Booking an Event Works
- Call or text 865-235-2939. Tell us the kind of event, your preferred dates and roughly how many guests you expect.
- Book a tour. Visit in person or by video call to see the barn and the grounds.
- Get your pricing. We price each event on your date, group size and plans, including any catering and bar through our preferred vendors.
