Most couples spend between $7,150 and $51,961+ all-in, including the venue and an all-inclusive package. Where you land depends on your date, guest count and package. Compared with a Saturday, Monday to Thursday dates save $2,000 on the venue rental and Friday or Sunday dates save $1,000, and dates outside September to November save another $1,000. A signed agreement and a retainer of 50% of the venue rental secure your date. Your date isn't reserved until both are in, so if you love a date, don't wait too long.

After your retainer (50% of the venue rental), the balance is split into four equal installments: the first 30 days after booking, the last 30 days before your wedding, and two evenly spaced in between. You can pay by card or check, and you'll always know exactly what's due and when.

Life happens, and we get it. If you need to reschedule, you can move to another available date within six months and your payments transfer. If you cancel, the retainer is non-refundable.

Up to 120 inside the barn. The covered pavilion seats up to 90.

Yes. Your rental covers the whole property for both, for twelve hours.

The wooded cove, the covered pavilion, the courtyard, or inside the barn. We will help you think through the light, the season, your guest count and the weather plan.

The ceremony moves under the pavilion or into the barn. Weather never decides the day.

Yes. The main barn is heated and cooled for year-round celebrations.

Twelve hours, placed anywhere between 5 a.m. and 11 p.m. (most couples take 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.), with access to the barn and grounds, guest tables, serving tables, reception chairs and white ceremony chairs, two dressing suites, restrooms, parking, and a venue host on site. Linens, décor and arbors are not included; arbors in several styles are available as an add-on.

Yes. Tours are by appointment so the property and our full attention are yours, and we're happy to answer questions by phone the same day; the easiest way to see the venue is to book a tour.

After your tour, we can set a date aside for 48 hours as a courtesy while you decide. That is not a reservation: your date is only secured once your signed agreement and retainer are in.

The day of your wedding, inside your twelve hours. If you would rather rehearse on an earlier day, ask; we will fit it in when the calendar allows.

Yes. Venue-only rentals require a professional, insured wedding coordinator, and we are happy to recommend a few.

With the Springs and Chestnut packages: your photographer, officiant, hair and makeup, and your alcohol. With The Essentials, add catering. Venue-only means every vendor is yours to choose.

Yes. Bar service is part of every package, with service length and selections varying by package. You buy the alcohol from a shopping list built around your guest count.

Every event carries a one-day liability policy, and an off-duty officer is on site for the bar hours. The officer is included in every package; for a venue-only rental we arrange it and add it to your final balance.

Yes, with our placement guidelines. Open flames outdoors, such as fire pits and bonfires, are not permitted; the stacked-stone fireplace in the courtyard is the one exception.
