Everything You Are Getting
Every line below is in your package price or your venue rental. Nothing here is an estimate you have to worry about later.
Your Venue Rental
- Twelve hours, and you will not be aware of a single one of them — Yours to place anywhere between five in the morning and eleven at night. Most couples take eleven to eleven, and their decorators come earlier.
- Every part of the property — The barn, the wooded cove, the stone-fireplace courtyard and the covered pavilion. You are not choosing between them.
- The finished room, waiting for you — You will not see it half built. The first time you walk in, it is done.
- Four hours before any of that, the doors are already open — Your designer, the florist and the caterers get the barn early to stage it, at no charge to you. It is the reason the room is finished when you walk in rather than nearly finished.
Your Designer
- A designer with a warehouse behind them — Everything in it is available to your day at no additional charge, and the barn's own collection is open to them on top of that.
- A design meeting built entirely around your vision — Bring the mood board, the Pinterest board, the screenshots, the folder you have never shown anybody.
- Coordination from six weeks out through teardown — Every vendor reports to them. Nobody calls you, and nobody asks you a question on the morning of your wedding.
The Ceremony
- The wooded cove, the covered pavilion, the stone-fireplace courtyard or the barn — Each one photographs beautifully and each one photographs differently. All four are yours with the venue, so the only thing deciding it is where you want to stand.
- Chairs set, your aisle laid and the site dressed — Your designer builds the ceremony out of their own collection, and it is struck again before you have finished your first drink.Your designer builds the ceremony out of their own collection, and it is struck again before your guests have found their seats for dinner.
- Set, dressed and struck without you seeing any of it — It goes up while you are still getting ready, and it comes down while your guests are being walked through to their tables. You never see either happen.
- A rehearsal run by somebody who has done it here before — On the morning of, inside your twelve hours. Your wedding party walks it once, properly, and then nobody is guessing.
The Food
- Three proteins, four sides and dessert — From the barbecue pit or the stove. See both kitchens under Your included menu. You choose after you book, and nothing is locked until your final details meeting.
- Cocktail hour looked after — A drink in your guests' hands the moment the bar opens, and cocktails passed while your photographs are being taken. If you want boards and bites out as well, the grazing table is one of the optional extras.Something in your guests' hands while your photographs are being taken. If you want boards and bites out as well, the grazing table is one of the optional extras.
- A fully staffed buffet all evening — The serving line is restocked and kept tidy without a word to you. This is buffet service rather than plated — your guests go up for their food. Plates, utensils, napkins and beverage stations all included.
- Nobody eats last — Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free or an allergy — give us the numbers and the kitchen plates it properly rather than as an afterthought.
The Bar
- Two bars, and up to six mixologists behind them — Seven hours from the moment it opens after your ceremony. Two craft cocktails chosen with you, and a drink in your guests' hands before they have found their seats.
- A shopping list built around your guest count — Your bar team orders it, picks it up and sets it up. You cover the alcohol itself and nothing more.
- An off-duty officer, in plain clothes — Required any time there is a bar, and already inside your price. Unless something happens you will never know they are there, and neither will your guests.
Music and the Photo Booth
- Six hours of DJ — Ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and every hour of dancing you have in you.
- A photo booth for your guests — Running all night, and the thing your friends will still be talking about on Monday.
- A separate sound system for the ceremony — Independent of the reception, so your vows carry as clearly as your first dance.
Your Flowers
- A ten thousand dollar floral allowance — Hanging installations, greenery down the beams, the ceremony site, every table, and still enough left over for the bouquets. If you add an arbor from our collection, dressing it comes out of this allowance too.
- Designed as one idea rather than several — The flowers, the linens and the light are a single decision, made once, in one room, with you sitting there.
Your Cake
- A five-tier cake — four, six, eight, ten and twelve inch, serving one hundred thirty-eight — Made local, tall enough to be the thing people photograph.
- A tasting at the bakery before anything is settled — Five tiers is five chances to pick a different flavor, and most couples take every one of them.
- A chocolate fountain with fresh fruit — Plus chocolate covered strawberries and cake pops, set out for the back half of the night.
The Send-Off
- Something in every guest's hands — Sparklers, glow wands, ribbon wands, bubbles or bird seed. You pick which at your final details meeting, we hand them out, and we clean them up afterward.
- And the cold sparks are yours — Fountains of light on either side of you as you walk out. No flame, no smoke, no fire marshal, and the best photograph anybody takes all night. Both send-offs are in this package — you are not choosing between them.
- Full room uplighting — Color-matched to your palette and set long before the doors open.
The Day Itself
- A venue host on site the entire time — Ours, here the whole day, and never once a question for you.
- Your list, already checked off — Every last thing you would have been chasing is somebody else's job by the time you arrive. That is not a selling line. That is the entire design of this package.
How it actually runs
Your Day, Start to Finish
This is what the money buys. Not a list of things, but a day where neither of you is needed for any of it.
You are getting ready. Behind you your designer and their crew are turning the barn into the room you described to them months ago.
It is finished, and it is more than you pictured. You have not lifted anything or answered anything.
Your arbor is dressed and standing exactly where you wanted it. Your music plays through its own system.
The bar opens and a drink is in your guests' hands before they have found their seats at dinner. Neither of you has been asked a question.Your guests have the run of the barn and the patio while your photographs are taken, and cocktail hour goes by without either of you being asked a question.
Three meats and four sides down the buffet, staffed and restocked all evening, and the serving line kept tidy without anybody in your family getting up to do it.
Six hours of music, the patio lit and open, a photo booth going all night and a chocolate fountain out for the back half of it. This is the part your friends will still be talking about at Christmas. It is dark by five and the barn is lit from the inside. Six hours of music in a room nobody wants to step out of, a photo booth going all night, and a chocolate fountain out for the back half of it. The stone fireplace is lit outside for anybody who wants the cold and the woodsmoke for a few minutes before coming back in.
Your guests line the path with whatever you chose, and the cold sparks go up at the door. Then we stay, and every last thing is handled while you drive away.

What we are actually offering
Bring Us the Picture in Your Head
Most couples arrive with a picture of a room they have never stood in. This is the package that builds it.
The hard part of a wedding like this is not paying for it. It is getting everything to look like one idea. A florist who has never met your decorator. A rental company who has never stood in the room. And the two of you in the middle, trying to describe a feeling to five different people over email for a year.
Here that is one designer, one contract and one number to call. Behind them is a warehouse — linens, chargers, candles, structures, pieces you have not thought of yet. Most of what your room needs is already in it.
Ten thousand dollars of flowers goes into the room. Installations over the head table, greenery down the beams, the ceremony site dressed, every table finished. Three proteins and four sides. A photo booth. A chocolate fountain. Cold sparks lighting the two of you as you walk out.
And on the morning itself, nobody asks you a single question. You walk into the finished thing. When it is over, you leave and we stay.
That is the whole idea
You describe it, we build it, and you show up to be married in it.
So there are no surprises
Also On Your Side
A few things you pay for directly rather than through us. We would rather you see them now than find them later.
And the people you bring with you
Photography, an officiant, hair and makeup
These are personal choices, and most couples have somebody in mind long before they have a venue.
If you would rather not spend another evening scrolling, tell us at your tour which of them you are still looking for. We will send a few names your way, and you can meet them, like them, or keep looking.
